My husband saw Dr. Ko once after he took over for our other dr who left the practice. My husband has hurt his back and after 3 days of treating at home it was not getting better. Dr. Ko refused to do any sort of treatment like a cortisone shot which always worked in the past. He just told us to keep doing what we had been doing at home. It was also very difficult and sometimes impossible to get him to refill our prescriptions.
