I had so much fun last Wednesday when Dr. Katz did my inguinal hernia surgery! From Diane at the surgical check-in desk at 0600, to Donna as my post-op recovery nurse, I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff and teams I encountered at Baystate Wing hospital in Palmer! During my initial visit, Dr. Katz never made me feel rushed, answered all my questions, and gave me a sense of comfort knowing he was going to operate on my hernia. His team in pre-op and also in recovery were the best!! My sincere thanks to Dr. Katz and his whole team.
