Dr.Hemmer is a great doctor and takes time to listen to your concerns. He is straight to the point and wants to make sure you get better! Front desk staff is very pleasant as well. Five stars
Tried to make an appointment for my husband, however, I was told that Dr. Hemmer requested the staff not to ever make him an appt again since he was going to be a new patient and missed his appt and since my husband didn't call to advise them that he couldn't make it he's been blackballed by the Dr. Didn't even give him a chance to explain why he might have missed or that it won't happen again or anything. Was just told you need to find somewhere else to go. No type of compassion from the super loud lady who answered either.... read more
