I had to change cardiologists because my old one no longer took my insurance. He'd been taking care of me since I had open heart surgery 3 years ago. At first I was apprehensive to have a new cardiologist. I immediately felt comfortable with Dr Hamner. He cares a great deal and I'm happy to be in good hands.

My mother has been a patient of Dr. Hamer's for nearly 10 years. Professionally, he has always seemed knowledgeable, efficient, and competent, which is why I was willing to drive an hour to continue receiving care through his office. Unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing enough that I have decided to switch cardiologists.
