seriously, DO NOT come here. i don’t ever leave negative reviews but my experience with this store has been horrendous. we ordered a couch and the delivery date came and went, constant lies about when we would get the item, phone calls ignored by the owner, no transparency or honesty about the situation at all. we finally asked for a refund and, shocker, it’s been two weeks with no refund. i can’t believe the unprofessionalism. save yourself a lot of headache and go literally anywhere else.
David is a nice guy but the driver he had on standby when we needed our bed was horrendous. The driver would constantly get lost and my bed was delayed for nearly a week because the driver kept getting lost along other routes.
Customer service / communication sucks. No communication
