Dr. Foley performed an inguinal hernia repair on our three year old daughter. From the moment we first met him we were extremely impressed. One doctor didn't cut my sons pylorus deep enough so he took the time to do the surgery and made sure the pylorus was completely open before he was done with the surgery. He was very caring and knew what he was talking about.
