My wife waited 3 months for a follow-up appointment to review an MRI. On the day of the appointment (5 hours prior) the office left a message that her appointment was rescheduled. She left several messages ( no one answers the phone!!) and finally got through. Her appointment has been rescheduled for....3 months from now!! Never, never have I heard of anything like this. The lack of concern, (my wife really needs to know what is going on in side her head) and thoughtlessness of this practice is astounding. Do yourself a favo... read more

Dr Filippi' office staff is horrible, they never return phone calls. Every appointment, I left crying because Dr filippi has absolutely no bedside manner I already have MS and he diabnoised me with having early onset Parkinson's. Knowing that my Dad passed away from this, Dr Filippi decided to tell he "that Parkinson's was a horrible disease and that he would rather have cancer". My Parkinson's medication was having a nation wide shortage and for 2 weeks we called his office as I had to quit this medication cold turkey becau... read more

Dr. Filippi decided the diagnosis before doing appropriate testing. Even after all signs led to another condition, he would not budge from the original diagnosis which slowed our daughter's care considerably, and caused further neurological damage. Had the appropriate testing been done in the first place, he would have known that his original diagnosis was not correct.

We waited for Fillippi for one hour and 20 minutes! He never showed up. there was no communication, no phone call, no apology. We re-scheduled and waited one hour. He never showed up AGAIN! I am appalled at his lack of respect for his patients and their time. I understand that doctors must respond to emergencies, but to not keep his staff and patients informed is unforgivable. You would do best to look elsewhere. Find someone that really cares about his patients.

This was an unsatisfactory experience for me due to the following: 1) Doctor was rude to his assistant in front of others in the patient room. 2) Doctor lead the exam questions to cause his predetermined diagnosis to be justified. 3) Doctor purposefully misinterpreted answers and would not allow patient to explain. 4) Doctor asked a family member to enter exam without notifying patient that he would do this before appointment. 5) Doctor's written report contained errors statements that were untrue. 6) Doctor was rude to a fa... read more
