Never got an estimate! We had an estimate scheduled for Tuesday, they called prior to say there had been a mistake on the scheduling and it would be Friday, no big deal for us. Wednesday morning I received a call that they were in the area and could be here in 20-30mins. which would work great for us. Waited 50 mins no one showed called back, they had to get in touch with estimator, who called and said he was still 30 mins out, we are now an hour past scheduled arrival.
