Sometimes in life, you just need a damned fence. For 10 years, my neighbor cut my grass even after I repeatedly told them to stop. For 4 of those years, I got two surveys to prove where my property line was, because they insisted I “didn’t know.” (I did.) On top of that, they run what I can only describe as a backyard puppy mill. Around 40 dogs constantly loose... peeing on my plants, pooping on my walkways.
