I was really struggling with debating if I should even write this review because of my past history with this office, but I have to be honest after this last visit AND phone call after cancelling my appointment. I used to go to a different Crystal Lake office when Dr. Chudwin used to practice and had a wonderful experience with him. But as soon as he retired I felt a bit off about my time at this practice. Highly recommend! So far I have had the best experiences with the doctors and staff here! They are caring and understanding. I could not ask for more.
I had the best experience at this practice! The women at the front desk were so kind and patient with me, my toddler and 4 month old. They even helped keep the baby occupied while I did paperwork which was so appreciated! The nurses were also very warm and welcoming and great with my toddler who was being seen. My appointment was with Dr Lawson and he exceeded my expectations. I've been going here for over 20 years if you have allergies definitely make an appointment.
Great patient care! In and out without the usual headache associated with the doctors office. Friendly staff, caring nurses, and professional doctors. Definitely recommend if you are suffering from allergies.
