I cannot recommend Dr. David Casper at Penn Medicine’s Spine Center (Pennsylvania Hospital) highly enough. He is an exceptional surgeon and an even more exceptional physician when it comes to patient care, compassion, and communication. I came from CA with a diagnosis of compressed Fracture on L3 and a scheduled Kyphoplasty on 2/27/26. After Meeting Dr D Casper for a 2nd opinion, he clarified for me the pros and cons of what I was about to do. I’m thankful for his medical opinion and for seeing me on such a short notice. He’s a 10 out of 10
Very good doctor and staff, had a lumbar decompression, tells you up front of options and treatments, i am still recovering but doing a lot better. Made me feel comfortable about back surgery, it is scary. Love all the staff and assistants pleasant and well versed. Thank you all!!
