Our experience with Dave Ryan was excellent! He went above and beyond to help us find the home that was right for us. My husband who is a disabled veteran, had specific criteria regarding various homes and properties. Dave helped us sort through all of it. He was extremely knowledgeable about the financial process and helped us secure a mortgage associated with the processes required by the VA. He was kind, compassionate, helpful and patient.
