Review being posted concerning Dr. Rowan’s staff and office experience. I had a followup appointment from an early December office visit scheduled for April 3rd. Now in March I received a message that Dr. Rowan would now be unavailable on that date and need to reschedule. When calling to reschedule I was told “next available” was not until mid-May. I was treated very disrespectfully over the phone by a representative in the office over an issue they had potentially caused for a client of mine who was having complications with his diabetes supplies being ordered. Took two days to get a call back and I was treated very poorly and they were diverting the blame to the pharmacy instead of just fixing the issue at hand. I needed a Dr. who listened and that is what I got with Dr. Rowan. It was an easy really good visit. He listened, treated me and I thank him so much. This is not about him but I was a patient for at least 15 years. Then because of job I moved to north side of Atlanta the John’s Creek area the because of job moved back after three years. I don’t think I should have been treated as a new patient. Would I have been new patient if Dr. Amy Warner was still there as she was my Doctor. Just wondering.
He's the best doctor. Caring, communicative, thorough, totally awesome. So glad I found him.
When our revered FP Dr’s practice sold after his retirement, we hurried to find a new one, can see why Dr Rowan was booked up for awhile! Young tough-judge relative of ours (physician) insisted we choose him. SO, turns out he’s a quick thinking, perspicacious, whole-patient oriented listener & advisor. Fine admin. & medical team follow-up.
