There aren't enough positive adjectives to express how happy I have been doing business with Dave. After using Dave for a previous refinance transaction a few years back, I went out of my way to make sure to come to him for my next and here we are. Dave is an expert at what he does! He is an excellent communicator and he is honest. He kept an eye out for rates providing regular updates until the time was right base on our needs.
