Dr. Roby is an amazing neurologist he actually takes the time to listen and try’s different ways to help reduce and prevent horrible migraines. I believe all doctors should have this type of compassion for their patients.
Sent a messages/questions through the portal, no response for two months. Had to book an appointment to go over MRI results. Day of appointment he could not see the results on the portal - now waiting for the Authorization Release from the other hospital. Had him or his staff responded to my messages to let me know that he could not view the results, I would have went to my appointment WELL PREPARED.
Do yourself a favor and find another doctor. This doctor is the worst! Does not answer calls or emails.
I wish I had gotten the chance to get in to see this doctor considering the great reviews they have. I attempted to call to make an appointment and the woman on the phone made it so difficult it nearly brought me to tears. If you’re working for a neurologist perhaps you should have a bit more patience and assume every person you speak to may not have a fully functioning brain.
