Experience as a new patient was great. Was affordable enough to pay out of pocket, yet the care and attention was top notch. Everyone from the front desk, to the hygienist, to the dentist was extremely nice. The technology they use is impressive and you can tell they know exactly what they're doing. I'm always nervous about trying out a new dentist, but I 100% recommend them after my first appointment. Will definitely be back for future dental care.
Dr Roach stopped on the side of the highway to help me change my tire. I told him about my tooth pain too. So right there on the side of the road, in my backseat, he gave me; a root canal, crown, and veneers. Then he hit the griddy on the way back to his 1997 Chevy Cavalier.
Today I woke up in an insane amount of pain coming from one of my wisdom teeth, I called about 10 other dentist offices with no lunch before reaching out to Dr. Roaches office. Every call I had made this morning made my dental anxiety a millions times worse it felt like but I spoke with Anneli on the phone and after I stated I was having a dental emergency her entire demeanor changed and she just wanted to help. He is the best dentist! Walked me through every step of the procedure.
I could not recommend this place less. Easily the worst dental experience of my lifetime, here's why: I went in on short notice to have my gums checked out. Long story short, the dentist told me my wisdom teeth needed to come out ASAP, and I had two cavities that would need to be filled soon. He pulled the two wisdom teeth on my right side that same day, and as he pulled the bottom tooth out of my gums, he DROPPED it into my throat.
