I can't thank enough Dr. Ritter and his staff for the whole process. I explained my situation to Ms. Kristela and she was able to get me an appointment fast. Dr. Ritter listened to my concerns and provided treatment to relieve pain promptly. He has a good bedside manner.

Dr. Ritter is a good surgeon - BUT - ER determined I needed my Gallbladder removed. Dr, Ritter’s schedule for my surgery was over a month out. No one listened to me when I told them I was experiencing severe pain which caused vomiting and light headedness and shortness of breath. Suffered through the pain until I had surgery. After surgery - still experiencing sever pain - 2nd surgery schedule and I advised doctor I did not know if I could wait that long. Severe pain hit me around 2:30 am, Sunday, June 11. My experience with Dr. Ritter has not been good. He did not communicate with my husband after my surgery as he said he would - in fact he left almost immediately after even though I was in immense pain - doing nothing to help stabilize or guide my post op treatment. A week later I was in the ER. When I saw him 2 days after my ER visit, he was dismissive and could not correctly recall the date of my surgery saying “of course I would still be in pain” as my surgery was only 3 days prior (when it had been 8 days).
