David was wonderful to work with when I needed help filing a claim for my parents. He gave me information to access Bankers Life's online portal, plus he mailed me the necessary paperwork to get the process started. He also went out of his way to call me while he was out of town, taking care of his ailing mother, to ask how my progress was going and if I had any other questions. Great customer service!
