I cannot recommend this facility. When I called to make my appointment, I was told that I would have to wait over six months. They lead me to believe they were very busy, but in reality, they seemed to be very short on staff. When I did finally see a doctor, I was told that I had stage one, possibly stage two, Parkinson’s disease. This diagnosis was based on a 25 minute evaluation. I have been going to this office for several years, and have always been treated with respect and care. Dr. Machado is very thorough and knowledgeable, and the staff is pleasant and efficient.

Desk receptionist was very rude over the phone with my client as a caregiver myself that was absolutely disgusting how your people answering the phones are very rude and not kind at all you guys need to get your fn act together! Bunch of fake receptionist in there going in there just for money instead of giving better customer service to your patient really disgusting receptionist yall have there.
