I don't leave a lot of reviews but I will leave a review for him. His bedside manner was horrible. It was so bad the nurse kept apologizing after he left the room. I was in shock and it didn't hit me until after I had left the office. I was so angry. He looked at me and told me I was overweight but I had lost over 80 pounds and if he had taken a moment to talk with me or read my chart he would have seen that I had lost and had surgery to lose weight. I have had very mixed experiences with this office but my biggest issue with this whole practice was the complete lack of communication across the board. The front office never explained anything to me as a patient, just told me it was my fault for not knowing I had to call and find out on my own. The lack of care and making sure the patient was aware before proceeding or at least making sure they knew they needed to check on their own. Dr. Ranson and his staff are very kind and treat you very nice. Dr. Ranson definitely cares and shows concern about his patients. It's a delight to have a doctor that will help you.
