RecommendedI went to a chocolate tempering class at David Ramirez chocolates. He is very personable and knowledgeable and his chocolates are superb works of art! Lets sum it up by saying i brought home a box of 12 chocolates and within a few minutes they were mostly gone! I will be back :-)
