Dr. Ralston was great!! Dr. Ralston was very kind, patient, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed. I would highly recommend him.
This practice does not share any billing/fee information with you until they hit you with a $500 dollar bill. Nurses (practitioners) charge like they are doctors - ridiculous scam where you will pay ~$400 for 20 minutes of a nurses time before insurance and ~500 for a DR before insurance, that you never even get to meet. Then they refer you to another nurse that requires an office visit to keep the blood pouring. Outrageous.
I have never had a doctor apologize for running late. I was shocked when he did. It’s nice to know he values his patient’s time. I also got the impression running late was a rarity. Not only that he’s an excellent doctor.
