It took me a lot of research and frustration before I was helped by David. I got his information from the lawyer referral telephone number given to me from others that didn't want to assist me. My issue has to deal in the landlord tenant cases. I only recieved two referrals from the HSBA referral email and thabk goodness David was one of the two.
