He checks all the boxes!!!
I had a joint replacement done. He did an excellent job on the surgery, however he didn’t make an appearance for a single follow up appointment. Even after a note was explicitly placed in the chart in capital letters noting he needed to see me at my next visit as he has not seen the patient for a post-op visit yet. Nope, still a no show. That was highly disappointing.
My husband had a total shoulder replacement done 4 weeks ago by Dr. Ross. He has not had any pain since day 1 post surgery and is progressing phenomenally. Dr. Ross is a fabulous surgeon and we would highly recommend him to anyone needing shoulder surgery.
