Always helpful and caring.
I worked with David a number of years ago when he headed up the Employee Assistance Program for a major airline. Very well respected. His steady focus was on helping clients discover their issues, and then partnering with them to move forward. He's well educated in his craft but he's definitely not a lecturer or a hard-liner -- he employs multiple methodologies to find the right fit. Great sense of humor, too.
