Very poor performance by the contractors and subsequently, managers in following up and resolving damage done during the install, poor craftsmanship work during install. Be sure you never sign any paperwork without reading the details when contractors complete work. Especially as nearing finish and approaching agreement for final payment. Unless you withhold the final payment, you’ll never get final issues resolved.
Closet Envy has done an amazing job on the closets and pantry. Highly recommend using their amazing install teams and customer service is top notch.
