I have dealt with the agent for years. The past few years we have had problems with him returning calls and addressing issues in a timely manner. If you choose to do with business with him I would recommend only doing so if you are able to go directly to his office during regular business hours or have the time to repeatly call & wait lengthly time for him to get back to you.
