My grandson had horrible eczema which was not treated correctly the 2 times when he went to Dr Richard Hope’s offices. He went to Dr Long and on his first visit, Dr. Long relieved the itching and his horrible eczema outbreaks. We are so grateful for Dr Long and his expertise helping my grandson with his eczema. Thank you so much.

I was turned away as a walk-in & told it was only for urgent care after driving 40 miles to see the Dr. There was 3 people in the waiting room and 3 hours before you closed. You need to take down your advertising that says you accept walk-ins. Not happy.

I have been going to Dr. Long for several years now. He is attentive, honest and makes me feel like my care is important to him.

Horrible nursing staff and Doctor prescribed new medicine that any one with a brain would realize that insurance wouldn't cover it. We called back to let them know and only after 3 days of calling, two to three times a day, did the nurse respond. I refused to hang up and stayed on hold until she responded to me 30 minutes later. Just get something over the counter I payed a $40 copay for that!

Dr. Long is a listener. I waited a short time in the waiting room and then he saw me as soon as I was taken to a room. I had three different ailments, none of which had to do with the other. He listened to me, asked questions and then listened some more. He had a plan of treatment for each item addressed and I'm happy with the results. His bed side manner is that of a friend rather than a rushed physician. He is now my primary physician. I just wish I had found him a long time ago.
