When he was in Chesaning, I thought he would be a good Dr. since he delivered my daughter. Told him I had a broken bone in my hand. Asked for an x-ray. He absolutely refused. One year later, xray showed a broken bone. He gave me a prescription and then did everything possible to get me off the prescription. He is experienced, explains situations in detail and very patient
I had received excellent care before I was due to deliver. Dr. Small delivered knowledgeable care and has great bedside manner. Why the 3 stars, then? Well he was my OBGYN 10 years ago, due to a high risk pregnancy because being already obese, I was gaining weight that was putting me more into the morbid category during my pregnancy. When time was getting closer, we discussed possibly having an elective c-section, due to my daughter's apparent size (she was veering on 11 lbs according to ultrasound). He’s the best baby doctor ever. He delivered my first two and I only wished he was there for my 3rd. But hands down best doctor for babies around. Thank so much dr. Small :)
