My experience was very positive. It started with Max, the technician. He was kind and knowledgeable. He took his time and answered all my questions. Dr Hardten was thorough, positive and knowledgeable. I’m reassured, working with his team, this will have a positive outcome.
Grumpy, unfriendly staff. Dr. Hardten is probably competent but I have never seen a doctor in a bigger hurry to get through an interaction. Experience was so unpleasant that I cancelled all following appointments and procedures and switched to a different provider.
Always great and considerate care from doctor Hardten.
My whole experience today for my eye exam was awesome. Every person that spent time with me was thorough, a great listener, and professional.
