I appreciated being treated with a great deal of respect. Having dealt with medical profession offices in the past and not having the most friendly of experiences this was very refreshing! Ashley, Nicole, and of course Dr. Cloutier made me feel very comfortable. I found them to be very professional, concise and personable. Unfortunately I think some believe professionalism and a personable attitude are mutually exclusive, these folks proved they are not.
So my experience with Dr. David Cloutier was absolutely wonderful. I was very nervous at first cause I had an umbilical hernia that I needed to get taken care of. So when I went it for my surgery and he completed it he told me I also had a ventral hernia as well and he fixed both. He definitely the best surgeon ever I felt really comfortable.

GREAT EXPERIENCE Met with Dr Cloutier before my surgery in office he answered all my questions ( I had a list) I never felt rushed, he explained everything to me. I saw him again the morning of surgery and once in office 2wks after surgery again he explained and answered all my questions…yes I had another list LOL. My only issue was that sometimes NO one answered the phone and there wasn’t voicemail to leave a message. Great doctor and works with Marian Hospital, which is nice. It’s a very good hospital. Doctor is knowledgeable And made me feel very comfortable. The only reason I give 4 stars is Due to being open only Tuesday and Wednesday to be seen, it is hard to get an emergency appointment in. They are booking out a month or two. The Answering service is horrible called at 5 AM and back at seven and the doctor never called me Which wasn’t appreciated.
