After waiting months for this neurology appointment, I left more frustrated and disheartened than when I walked in. I had hoped for answers or at the very least, a doctor who would take my symptoms seriously. Instead, I was met with a dismissive and condescending tone throughout the visit. Great experience, caring physician, enjoy his expertise and insight. Recommend him highly. Might be my favorite Sutter Health physician!!!! Great education and insight I learn from every visit.
A thorough, thoughtful and complete exam carried out with humor and concern.
As usual Dr. Chen wanted to know how I was doing; and afford encouragement. Medications where disccust. A very successful visit.
