Dr. David Chen has been my Neurologist for a few years now. Dr. Chen is very knowledgeable about my condition,he listens attentively regarding my symptoms and he gets me involved with decision making regarding my treatment, Dr. Chen is very professional,kind and i feel comfortable with each appointment with him.He is very quick to respond to my online messages and very accommodating. I am fortunate to have Dr. David Chen as my Neurologist.
After waiting months for this neurology appointment, I left more frustrated and disheartened than when I walked in. I had hoped for answers or at the very least, a doctor who would take my symptoms seriously. Instead, I was met with a dismissive and condescending tone throughout the visit. Despite telling him I’ve tried two migraine medications in the same drug class —he proceeded to prescribe yet another drug in that same class, completely disregarding what I had already explained.
