My experience with Dave and his team has been wonderful. They are always very responsive whenever we have anything come up. Even when I forgot to update our insurance and it was the day before my son turned 16, and they jumped right in and took care of it. They are very polite. Also, I did get another quote, as a favor to a friend and not because I was dissatisfied with Purvis, and the quoting party said we have great rates and that our coverage was appropriate.
