UPDATED REVIEW: I am changing my rating on this review at the request of the owner. I will note that the communication directly with the owner has been very professional and responsive. My initial review of this company was a poor rating. I had high hopes for this company. Initially they were responsive. Once the work was done they were difficult to get a hold of and did not return phone calls. The only way that they responded was through email and would not let me speak to anyone directly. I had high hopes for this company. Buyer beware!!! Initially they were responsive. Once the work was done they have been very difficult to get a hold of. They have yet to return my phone call. The only way that they respond is through email and will not let me speak to anyone. My pool has not worked since the day they came to do a heat pump install. $6k wasted on a system that I can not even use. I have called so many times without a response. Called twice to get Pruett to fix my pool light. Twice I sent pictures of the electrical box and pool light per their request. No email, no phone call no nothing.
