Our home had an excepted offer in just 10 days! David also helped us find a reltor and a reputable lender in another state where we purchased our dream home. We remembered how great Dave was to work with when buying our home in 2007 - and sure enough, he proved himself again in 2024 when it was time for us to sell and move out of state to be by our daughters and our grandkids! Dave did an excellent job at helping me find the perfect home. Dave's One home area search made it easy to find homes to tour. Dave made it a smooth process when it came to touring homes. Dave treated me like his own family and proved that he cared about what I had to say and gave 100% when looking for houses. An added bonus was the rebate he has once you purchase a home. Definitely helps with the down payment.
