These guys are budget friendly subcontractors that do a very good job and are extremely economical. You have to understand you won’t be getting white glove service, but their prices will be half or 1/3 that of other flooring companies. I’ve hired them 4 times for my higher end rental properties, and all though a flooring professional may be able to critique certain details, overall most people will never see the differences.
