We've been waiting almost a year for the results of testing for our children. They made excuse after excuse about why the paperwork was not completed, and now they have stopped responding entirely. We put up with a ridiculous amount of no show appointments, late arrivals and excuses. We gave them flexibility and grace for what we assumed were circumstances beyond their control, and we still have not received the documentation we requested. A close (teen) member of my family has been seeing Dr. Prince for over 2 years. They went from being a bit closed off to much more confident and able to describe their feelings more openly. I recommend Dr. Prince to everyone. He's been amazing to work with and helped facilitate support at the school. My family is very thankful for him.
Dr. Prince, Dr Barnard and the office staff (they have new staff from those mentioned in previous reviews) have been a BLESSING for my family. Fast to respond, quick to get appointments, compassionate and thorough diagnosis plus follow-ups AND they take insurance. Absolutely wonderful providers. Highly advise dismissing previous reviews about support staff as they are no longer present.
** the situation was resolved and the records sent. To be clear, Dr Prince and Barnard were great to work with and had open availability, we just had to wait a while for records to be sent. We have been waiting 3 months for our records to be sent to our pediatrician to get started on my son’s treatment. There was a change in office staff which is understandable, but even after the transition we are still waiting weeks for the records.
Doctor Prince is great. We had a great experience working with him and his wife. Specially for ADHD diagnosis and support. They went the extra mile of helping us advocate with the school to implement accommodations for our son in his 504 plan. They met with us and the school team. They understand very well the challenges and are very helpful. I would recommend him.
