Always friendly, very professional
Last year I went to Dr. Poon on an emergency basis. I have macula degeneration in my right eye, in which caused blindness. I had to stop working, driving, and reading. Dr. Poon started to treat me with Eyelea injections. Every month for a very long time, almost a month. It was an immensely frightening experience. I have to get injections directly into my eye due to my condition. Not only is Dr. Poon very relatable and explains everything clearly, he makes the process quick and painless. I had a lot of anxiety when I realized what my treatment involved but now it's mostly gone thanks to this great doctor and his amazing staff. Highly recommend.
Dr. Poon is so warm and caring! He has a wonderful bedside manner: he informs me of what he is looking for, what his findings tell him about my eye health, and involves me in the protocol for my continued eye care. He is reassuring, astute and thorough. I highly recommend this doctor and this practice!!!
