Receptionist is rude I’ve made complaints and she’s still very rude .and lacks the knowledge of professionalism and to address patients needs and lack of compassion. I leave this office still with health concerns that continue 👎
I can never and i mean never get them to answer the phone. Also he might see you 2 times a year because you have to wait an extremely long time between visits. Look elsewhere they dont care here.
Please please please save yourself the trouble and do not schedule an appointment here. I wasn’t even seen. They called and left a voicemail where they ASKED me if I could move my appointment to a time later in the day. I scheduled this appointment specifically around my finals, so I definitely could not. I tried to call back and tell them this but spent 45 minutes on hold (not the first time this happened; also want to mention I could have used this time to study for my exams).
