I wish I could rate David higher than 5 stars. He was amazing helping us with our first mortgage process. He made himself available with our complicated schedules, he was attentive and informative with all of our questions, and once our mortgage had been approved, he had us on the phone to congratulate us, which was so sweet and appreciated. If you need an extremely intelligent, diligent and dedicated mortgage broker, David is the only choice.
As first-time homebuyers, we had a million questions. David was patient, knowledgeable, and walked us through every step. He made the entire mortgage process stress-free for us. Always responsive, professional, and got us a great rate. Highly recommend!
