This office submitted a charge of $1105 to my insurance for a consultation visit. It was way too much in my opinion. He said he would prescribe a medication only for times when I needed it but my pharmacy never got the order. So I basically got nothing from this consultation. No wonder medical insurance is off the roof in this country.
I have a challenging and complex case and I can not say more good things about Dr. Pineles. I was referred to him by a close friend and couldn’t be more happy. He is extremely thorough and kind. He really cares about his patients. Each time test results came back he made sure to give me a call and discuss them. When I ended up in the emergency room he was super easy to get a hold off. He also knows when to refer out to other specialist. I for the first time feel like we have a great treatment plan moving forward.
I loved the staff and Dr. Pineles. All very professional. They managed to see my wife’s Aunt after a short stay in the hospital on Christmas Day. They are excellent!! Highly recommended!
