I have been having stomach issues prior to seeing Dr. Pineles and he helped me sort things out and manage the issue! Highly recommend 5 stars all around great friendly staff top notch
Should be a zero. Rude staff. Incorrect info sent to me about prep for a procedure and when I questioned it, I was treated like a baby and belittled. The office, including the doctor, believes that this behavior needs no apology from the staff member, Cynthia, and refused to do the procedure. Note that this doctor has recently been made the Medical Director of The Kogan Celiac Center. Don't expect help in diagnosing this condition. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!! Dr Pineles is one of the best gastroenterologists i’ve ever met in 30+ years. He takes care of my parents and myself. He takes the time to listen to our concerns and he came up with clear plans of action for all of us. His staff is amazing- very kind and helpful. As a physician myself i can’t say enough great things about Dr. Pineles!
This office submitted a charge of $1105 to my insurance for a consultation visit. It was way too much in my opinion. He said he would prescribe a medication only for times when I needed it but my pharmacy never got the order. So I basically got nothing from this consultation. No wonder medical insurance is off the roof in this country.
