My appointment was for 8am, I arrived a little early, I was registered in, sat for about 2-3 minutes if even. The receptionist and nursing staff all were very pleasant. The Dr. Came in, he was very patient in listening to my concerns. Afterwards he gave me all my options and discussed each one. Once we decided he went over the plan of care, I made my next appointment with the receptionist who also was pleasant and went over what times were good for me and my schedule. I was out of there by 8:20am quick but satisfied.
All my experiences with Dr Pineles have been extremely positive. Both Doctor and staff professional and reliable. I will give a five star recommendation to family and friends. Confidence is high putting my health care in the hands of Dr. Pineles.
After so many years with my previous doctor, Dr Robert Schuman who retired last year I was referred to another gastroenterologist who is according to my doc is equally great, competent, knowledgeable and experienced. I was thrilled to be referred to Dr Pineles who was responsible in discovering my husband’s very early stage sigmoid colon cancer. I have been having stomach issues prior to seeing Dr. Pineles and he helped me sort things out and manage the issue! Highly recommend 5 stars all around great friendly staff top notch
