David Pautler was so helpful! He really took time to make sure we understood the area, and what the differences were between the communities and each plantation. He took us around multiple days to help us get a feel for the area and showed us lots/sites in each of the areas that had our requirements. We now have a better understanding of what each area either compels us to look at further, or what we now know we are not interested in looking into further.
