Exceptional care! I got a surgery here and the communication and care was amazing.
I had a very positive experience with Dr. Passaretti and his team. The staff was warm and friendly and made me feel incredibly comfortable. The nurses were very knowledgeable, and I left with clear take-home instructions and a realistic understanding of what to expect during my recovery. Dr. Passaretti really listened to my concerns, and I felt very cared for throughout the entire experience.
All of the staff are very welcoming and easy going. I had my consultation with Dr. P. and had a meeting right after to discuss details + booking an appointment with Chaunie. I loved the fact that the surgical center is in office which made it a more comfortable experience. Patty, one of the nurses, is wonderful - she answers any and all questions and led me through pre-op instructions seamlessly. Cassandra is also amazing! Recommending to all my friends + family who are interested in what they have to offer!
