The OSSM experience is always great. Knowledgeable providers, wonderful staff. Everyone is so kind & caring.
Absolutely splendid experience (as far a surgery goes). From start to finish, the crew was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. The surgeon, Dr Parker, was informative and understanding. He empathetically understood my back story and guided me to the best decision.
I recently had an involved hip surgery by Dr. Parker. #1. He is a great guy and #2. He is a great doctor. He explained everything connected with my issue before and after surgery. Therefore, I felt very comfortable with the process.
Dr Parker was thorough, thoughtful and a good listener. He gave several treatment options and explained each one well. I will definitely continue to see him for this issue.
