The restroom was clean, the front desk was very helpful and seeing doctor Doward seemed to go well. Look forward to the physical therapy and injections if needed once all my medical records are sent over from HCA and JOI .
Dr. Doward is very kind, caring and knowledgeable in his practice. He took his time with me to evaluate my back pain. He listened and provided treatments that will help me. Thank you Dr. Doward.

Walked in , he said maybe 10 words, checked for basic strength, didn't even bother to ask history how long on pain etc. And said see you in 2 weeks when we get results from the MRI I already have scheduled through another Dr.
On time and caring
it was a follow-up from my last treatment. We are still searching for a way to stop my back pain.
