Mr. Lutz is an excellent attorney, he's extremely professional and caring. He and his office continue to uphold the high standards established by his father many years ago. This guy is really smart and really does do the right thing. I appreciate him pushing me to be logical instead of emotional so that I could put my energy toward useful things that mattered. It's also nice because he charges reasonable prices for excellent work.
Refused to speak with AD military: Mr Lutz needs to hire a new receptionist. When I did not receive a call back on my inquiry, I politely called a few days later to set up a consult. I was hung up on. Assuming it was a bad connection I tried calling back and was hung up on several times. If you don't want to take my case please just say so. Perhaps this is the way they treat all military personnel?
Have no respect for people 🤔
