Great Doctor! Horrible receptionist The Doctor is wonderful. First Class. His receptionist/office manager (who happens to be also his wife) is RUDE and nasty everytime I am there. The entire town knows what a great Dr he is, but you have to deal with her, and it makes people go elsewhere. He cleary needs to either send her out shopping, or get her some customer service training. She's horrible. Condescending and rude.
