David, Tom and Dan have always been great over the many years, first with my parents and for the last 35+ years for me. Always quick to respond, especially for emergencies during cold weather, only doing necessary repairs or servicing at reasonable prices. You could not wish for a more professional company to look after your gas boiler and central heating system! Thank you David, Tom and Dan!

Had an issue with my boiler during the recent cold weather. Tom said they couldn't come the same day because they were so busy (I hadn't expected that they would be because it was late in the day when I called) he explained what he thought the issue could be and talked me through a couple of things to try to get it working again. Lucky for me it worked and I've now got my heating back. Even better Tom phone the next morning to check that everything was working. Very helpful and understanding.
