Very knowledgeable and fast service
I hate to give one-star reviews, but in this case I don't know how to justify anything higher. From other reviews it seems O'Neill is OK for small jobs, but I wouldn't trust them for anything large, complex, or time critical. Our GC engaged O'Neill to improve and extend a driveway on our building lot, to include working with the electrician to get underground electrical service to the house site. We just had David O'Neil Construction install a new septic system for our home. David and Matt were an absolute pleasure to work with. Everything they did was top notch and they paid attention to every small detail. They ended up doing a few extra small things at our request and they did them without issue or extra fees. Look - it's no fun spending hard earned money for a septic system but if you are going to it - these are the people you should be working with! Thank you for going above and beyond!!
There is a reason these guys have a 5.0 rating! We just had our culvert replaced last year in Richmond by O’Neil excavation. With the recent heavy rain and flash floods our culvert held strong even with rain rushing up and over the culvert and washing out our entire road. In 20 years the town has never seen that much rain on our road and even mentioned how well the culvert was made to handle that much water.
