I was referred to this office by a local Dr. Office in Clanton. I have blue cross blue shield insurance and was sent to be tested for carpal tunnel syndrome. The day of my visit was a very unprofessional visit, the office where I was sat to fill out my paperwork was disorganized and messy. A few weeks later, I was billed over $800 for the 5 minute computer test that was ran. The date associated with the visit was not correct and there were 3 tests listed as being completed. Dr. O’Neal himself is quite nice and seems to be a good physician. The problem is unfortunately his staff. It’s impossible to get in touch with someone. Don’t bother wasting your time leaving a voice message with their phone prompts when you call the main office, as they are never checked (confirmed by the office manager they don’t check those voicemails). And in my case when an actual hospital needed to get in touch with them, even after the hospital repeatedly tried to reach them, they wouldn’t respond or call them back. I... read more
Dr David O’Neal was so helpful and caring. He spent time assessing my situation and discovered I was dealing with a spinal injury. When I thought I had MS or Parkinson’s or something. He ran tests and got to the core issue! His staff was amazing! They took my situation very seriously as I had been dealing with problems for years. I immediately got my MRI results and a phone call. Then was recommended to Neurosurgery and to see a Neurosurgeon. I trust and highly recommend Dr David O’Neal and staff! Thank you!
